1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Viyana Ticaret Platformu website and its directory services. By using the site you accept them.

2. The service

The site provides a business directory, news and announcements, and advertising space. Directory information is for guidance; we work to keep it current but do not guarantee completeness or availability.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy content in bulk without permission (including automated scraping).

4. Business listings and advertising

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own information. Advertising is labelled "Sponsored". Advertising orders are also subject to the terms agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, software and original content belong to Viyana Ticaret Platformu or its licensors. Business logos and images remain with their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage caused by slight negligence. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and mandatory consumer-law liability is unaffected. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

7. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
